How can I submit my work to be featured in South Shore NS Homegrown Niagara Magazine?

You can submit your work for consideration by emailing us at budgeburgess@cogeco.ca 

Please include a head and shoulders picture of yourself and the name of the community in which you live.

 

Are there going to be print editions of South Shore NS Homegrown Niagara Magazine?

Yes! The first print issue, Summer of 2025, has already been published. The next print issue, Summer of 2026, hits the streets in late June of 2026. In the meantime, there will be three digital issues: Autumn of 2025, Winter of 2025 and Spring of 2025.

Can I advertise my business in your magazine?

Yes, we offer advertising opportunities for businesses looking to reach our audience of art and culture enthusiasts. We are currently working on a media package for both print and digital at reasonable rates. Stay tuned!

Are there any restrictions on content?

Yes. Submissions are restricted to South Shore NS and Niagara Canada and USA residents only, including students from outside the region or those with strong ties to South Shore NS and/or Niagara through employment. This is a family friendly magazine and we cannot accept any content that's sexual or overly violent in nature. 

Is there a fee to submit my work?

One word: NEVER! We are here to showcase your hard work and talent and we appreciate your submission(s).
